WHAT ABOUT THE SMALL WINS?

We often times make ourselves depressed, sad and frustrated because we focus so much on the big wins we want, and when we don’t get them, we feel like failures.

You forget that success is not one massive win but a series of small wins that accumulate over time.

Having a small win is a very important step in self validation and positive motivation.

You know how you step out of the house and someone compliments your dressing, your hair or your smile, and your day is made for the whole day?

It’s a simple compliment but it can go a long way in boosting your self esteem for the entire day or even week. You can do the same for yourself.

Whenever you’re feeling in a slump or feeling down because you “lost” a huge win, find something small- something you know you can do and succeed at- and do it.

Give yourself that small win, and let it serve as positive reinforcement for you.

Are you an Author? Focus on selling just 1 copy of your book today. Make a post. Send some DMs. Follow up with those people who said they will get back to you. Announce a discount or give an incentive.
