WHAT ACTIVITIES SHOULD YOU BE FOCUSING ON, IN YOUR ONLINE BUSINESS?

Estimated reading time: 2 minutes

If you’re thinking of starting an online business, or you’ve already started, you might be wondering what activities you should be focusing on, in each stage of your business, so that you can grow and become profitable.

In fact, you may not even know what stage you are in your business, so it will certainly be a problem when you who started a business 6 months ago with 1,000 audience members, start doing activities that someone who has been in business for 5 years is doing, and teaching.

In my research, I have found that this is where Business Coaches miss the ball. Some Business Coaches can be too entrenched in their own journey and want to teach the new things they are doing in their business, that they forget that they have an audience who may be several steps behind.

There are 3 stages in an Online Business Journey:

Beginner: You’ve either not started yet, or you have just started your online business but you’ve only seriously been in business for less than 6 months.

Newish: You have started your business and have some idea of where you are and what you’re doing, but you’re not seeing the income you want. You’ve probably been in serious business for more than 6 months but less than 2 years.

Ready to Scale: You are doing well in your business. You have amassed a sizeable audience and have a predictable monthly income. You have been in business for over 2 years and you are ready to scale your business to the next level.

Each of these 3 stages of business focuses on different activities. A Stage 3 Business Owner shouldn’t be focusing on the activities of a Stage 1 Business Owner or vice versa. There will surely be problems.

I taught the top 3 activities you should be focusing on this year in your business, to get the most out of it. There are FREE WEBINARs you can learn from but they are usually live and take place on my YouTube Channel. Click here to subscribe and ring the bell to get notifications on when I go live.
