Here’s How My Day Went the Other day.

I made a post about my pre-training rituals and how I have not stuck to my rituals since the beginning of 2020. Normally I would so movies and dinner before a training but I’ve not done so in a while.

I said I was going to see Birds of Prey a day before at the cinema, have a good dinner and then record some training videos for School of Influence before my trainings for Saturday and Sunday.

Sooo…..I didn’t end up going to the movies again or go out to dinner. I didn’t really feel like going out so I ordered takeout from my Jumia Food app, and re-watched two Episides of Netflix’s The Witcher, before going to bed.

However, I got up the next morning feeling my usual productive self. I did my morning routine and went straight to creating my slides and then recorded 7 videos, uploaded them and shared with members of SOI. I felt pretty proud of myself.

You see, sometimes all you need to is to fix your routine and you’ll get back into your groove, even if it means improvising like I did with takeout and Netflix.
