When I get “I really like to learn this xyz thing but I don’t have time” response from people, my answer is simple:
If it’s important to you, you will make the time. If it’s not that important, you will make excuses. Sounds harsh but follow me.
Your time is allocated based on your priorities. What you prioritize, you make time for.
If your job is a priority, you will make the time for it. You will wake up early, enter traffic and go to your job every weekday because it is important to you.
If your family is a priority, you will make time everyday to be with them. No matter how tired you are when you come back from work, you will spend time with them. You will dedicate time on the weekends to be with them.
If learning a new skill that has the ability to earn as much as your job and even provide you time and financial freedom in the long run, is a priority for you, you will make the time.
We all have the same 24 hours. What’s different is what we each do with ours.
You can find 30 minutes during your lunch break, and 30 minutes before you go to bed, to watch a video and practice what you’ve learned.
You can take 2 hours on Sunday to plan your content for the week and schedule them.
You can take 20 minutes a day to engage on your posts and DMs.
You can create an entire course or write a short How-To book in one weekend.
You don’t have a time problem, you have a priority problem. Fix your priorities and you will see how much time you have for the things that are important to you.
